We are currently looking for a Litigation Associate with strong legal acumen, hands-on courtroom experience, and a drive to grow with a reputed law firm.

🔍 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✅ Strong Drafting & Legal Research Skills

Ability to independently draft pleadings, legal notices, petitions, and legal opinions

Proficiency in legal research using standard tools and databases

✅ Hands-on Litigation Experience

Solid understanding of Civil and Criminal Law, Arbitration, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

Prior courtroom exposure and familiarity with procedures in various courts and tribunals

✅ Professional Competence

Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision

Excellent command over English and legal writing

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
