Insolvency Advisory
We at Jeta Legal provide strategic legal advice for revival of corporate entities demonstrating early signs of financial distress.
We advise clients including distressed corporates, committee of creditors, resolution applicants, borrowers, creditors and other stakeholders throughout the Corporate Insolvency Process up until formulation of Resolution Application and thereafter in asset transfer, execution of resolution plan, pre-packaged insolvency plan. Our Services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing Resolution Plan, Pre-Packaged Insolvency Plan, advising creditors, borrowers, resolution applicant, director, key managerial personnel of corporate bodies on insolvency and other statutory laws.
Insolvency Litigation
We at Jeta Legal work closely with the Disputes Team to assist our client in representing their interest before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Court and Supreme Court. We provide services to disputes arising out of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and peripheral issues.
